Help with Studio

Tell us which tool or template you used, what you expected and what happened. Include your browser and device. A screenshot of the affected area can help. Crop out addresses or personal details before sending it.

Studio projects are saved in your browser. A project link by itself does not give support access to the drawing on your device.

Use the same email address for privacy requests. Describe the information you are asking about so we can identify the relevant correspondence. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle support messages and local projects.

Privacy settings

This build enables Plausible, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity. Analytics is allowed by default; a saved opt-out takes priority.

Opting out stops Plausible pageviews and denies analytics storage for Google Analytics and Clarity. Their configured tags may still send limited requests without analytics cookies. Advertising storage stays denied.

Studio projects remain in this browser. Clarity never loads in Studio and masks content on eligible public pages.

No saved choice. Analytics is allowed when configured.
