Studio saves your project name, floors, walls, openings, furniture and measurements in this site’s local storage. Reopening Studio in the same browser restores saved projects. The editor does not upload your saved project to a Space Planner account.

When you open Studio from a planner or guide, the link can include the template, exercise step, dimensions, furniture positions or viewing angle. These values form part of the page address your browser requests. They can also be visible in browser history or to someone you share the link with.

Website delivery

Loading a page sends the requested address and ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to the hosting service. Our hosting provider is Cloudflare. Its services process requests to deliver pages and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.

Optional website analytics

When enabled for a release, Plausible measures page visits without analytics cookies. Our pageview requests include the visited origin and path, the referring site’s origin and the site domain. We omit query strings, fragments, project contents and visitor identifiers. The receiving service still processes ordinary connection information.

When configured, Google Analytics measures website use and Microsoft Clarity provides masked interaction recordings on public pages. Clarity does not load in Studio or on addresses with query strings or fragments. Page content is masked before its script loads. We do not send project names, notes or furniture edits as analytics events.

Analytics is allowed by default when configured. A saved opt-out takes priority. It stops Plausible pageviews and denies analytics storage for Google Analytics and Clarity; their configured tags can still send limited requests without analytics cookies. Advertising storage is always denied. Privacy settings lets you change this choice.

Email correspondence

When you contact support, your email provider and ours process the message. We receive your address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request, investigate an issue and follow up. We keep relevant correspondence as needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You can remove saved projects by clearing site data for spaceplanner.pro in the browser that holds them. This also removes the recent-project selection. Read the Cookie Policy for details.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, email support@spaceplanner.pro. Include enough detail to identify your request. We may ask you to confirm your email address before discussing correspondence.
